Sarah is the Vice President of Human Resources at IdeaCrew, based in Washington, DC. With a progressive career path, she began at IdeaCrew as Human Resources Manager in 2022 before advancing to her current VP role in 2023.
Previously, Sarah built extensive retail leadership experience at lululemon from 2014–2022, where she served in various positions including Store Manager, Regional Visual Manager, Key Leader, and Educator.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University.
